Booking and accommodation terms
Welcome to Zefyros Seaside Hotel Apartments. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Reservations and Booking
1.1 Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via email. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the rate type and booking channel.
1.2 Guest Information
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and will be responsible for the booking. All guests must provide valid identification (passport or ID card) upon check-in, as required by Greek law.
1.3 Room Rates
All rates are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary depending on the season, room type, and booking conditions. Special offers and promotions are subject to specific terms.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Check-in Time
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM). Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. An early check-in fee may apply.
2.2 Check-out Time
Check-out time is until 11:00 (11:00 AM). Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. A late check-out fee may apply. Failure to vacate the room by the agreed time may result in an additional night charge.
2.3 Identification Requirements
All guests must present a valid passport or national ID card upon check-in. This information is required by Greek hospitality law and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Free Cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation. The deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.
3.2 Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night's accommodation. The remaining deposit, if any, will be refunded.
3.3 No-Show
In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund will be provided.
3.4 Early Departure
In case of early departure, the remaining nights will be charged in full unless otherwise agreed with the management.
3.5 Non-Refundable Rates
Some promotional rates are non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please check your booking confirmation for specific conditions.
4. Payment
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (Euros only)
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Bank transfer (for advance payments)
4.2 Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount may be required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival or check-out, depending on the rate conditions.
4.3 Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be refunded at check-out after room inspection, minus any applicable charges.
5. Accommodation Rules
5.1 Room Occupancy
The number of guests staying in each room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking. Additional guests may be accommodated at an extra charge, subject to availability and approval.
5.2 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. A cleaning fee of €150 will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
5.3 Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.
5.4 Quiet Hours
Guests are requested to observe quiet hours between 23:00 (11:00 PM) and 08:00 (8:00 AM) out of respect for other guests.
5.5 Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest.
5.6 Kitchen Facilities
All rooms are equipped with kitchenette facilities. Guests are expected to leave these in a clean and orderly condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
6. Hotel Services and Facilities
6.1 Beach and Pool
Use of the beach facilities is at the guest's own risk. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow all posted safety guidelines.
6.2 Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The hotel is not responsible for any interruptions, speed issues, or connectivity problems.
6.3 Parking
Free parking is available for guests. The hotel is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or their contents.
6.4 Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is not included. Towel and linen changes are available upon request. For stays longer than 7 nights, housekeeping service is provided mid-stay.
7. Liability
7.1 Personal Belongings
The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, valuables, or money left in guest rooms or on the property. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
7.2 Personal Injury
The hotel shall not be liable for any personal injury sustained by guests on the property, except where caused by the hotel's proven negligence.
7.3 Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.
8. Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots may be available upon request (subject to availability).
Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times, particularly around the beach and pool areas.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from your stay or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
We encourage guests to first attempt to resolve any issues directly with hotel management before taking legal action.
11. Amendments
The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
